Today we discovered something powerful: The deepest commitments often require sacred sacrifices – and our bodies hold wisdom about what we need to release to move forward.

Here's what Carolina shared that shifted our perspective:

"Your new life will cost your old life. And it is beautiful, but it's painful. When you make a choice, it's necessary to embody sacrifice to manifest the one thing."

Through balance poses and somatic practices, we:

• Explored the physical sensations of attachment and letting go
• Used breath work to build capacity for sitting with discomfort
• Released tension patterns that keep us clinging to the familiar
• Practiced trusting our vision even when feeling unstable
• Integrated new relationships with sacrifice and commitment

My key takeaway:
