On Tuesday we discovered something powerful: Our ability to manifest our visions depends not just on making decisions, but on fully committing to them with our whole being - body, mind, and spirit.
Here's what Carolina shared that shifted our perspective:
"If you don't fully commit, you'll never get there. Just like ordering at a restaurant - if you keep changing your mind, your meal will never arrive. You need to trust your initial choice and allow time for it to manifest."
Through mindful movement and breathwork, we:
- Released physical tension that blocks commitment through gentle stretching
- Activated our personal power center through breath of fire practices
- Built trust in our choices through challenging balance poses
- Strengthened our ability to stay steady through plank holds
- Integrated mind-body alignment through spinal twists
