020: The Art of Imagining: A Path to Mastery

It is said that if a man can imagine, he can achieve it. Everything begins in our imagination, and yet, we often underestimate its power. We get caught in the outer world, with all the struggles we see, and we think this is more powerful than what we have within.

It's true that to imagine your world into existence while remaining loyal to your vision is not an easy task. The distractions are enormous, and a lack of faith often leads us to believe more in what we see, rather than the potential of what could be.

In The Kybalion, it is written "he who grasps the truth of the mental nature of the Universe is well advanced on the path to Mastery", if we can truly believe we create from our mind and the imagination is the path to create our heaven on earth then we become Masters of our own life.

Many different cultures across the globe have stated the same thing about the power of our imagination. There are countless examples of individuals who have harnessed this power to create extraordinary things.

"The Great leaders of business became who they are because they developed the faculty of creative imagination. Ideas are the beginning points of all fortunes. Ideas are products of the imagination" - Napoleon Hill.

My intention with this newsletter is to stir in you the desire to imagine amazing things and to find the will power that is required to bring these things into existence.

There are many ways to stimulate our imagination that I want to share with you, but I also want to help you to keep your vibration high while you don't see the physical manifestation yet.

Some simple tips but you will get the result you are looking for:

1) Read Diverse Literature: Immerse yourself in a variety of books, fiction, and non-fiction from different genres and cultures. Reading exposes you to new ideas, perspectives, and worlds, igniting your imagination. Whether it's fantasy, science fiction, or biographies, literature can inspire creativity and help you envision possibilities beyond your current reality.

2) Engage in Creative Hobbies: Pursue creative hobbies that challenge your mind and encourage innovative thinking. Activities such as painting, writing, music, or even cooking can unlock your imagination. Experimenting with different forms of expression allows your mind to wander and generate ideas, fostering a sense of inspiration that can be channeled into your dreams

3)Travel and Explore: Experiencing new places and cultures can broaden your horizons and fuel your imagination. Travel exposes you to diverse landscapes, people, and ways of life, sparking creativity and providing fresh perspectives. Whether it's a local day trip or an international adventure, exploration can trigger inspiration and help you see possibilities beyond your everyday routine.

4) Surround Yourself with Creative Stimuli: Create an environment that stimulates your imagination. Decorate your workspace with inspiring quotes, artwork, or objects that resonate with your dreams. Listen to music, podcasts, or watch documentaries that align with your interests. By curating your surroundings, you can consistently feed your imagination and maintain a creative mindset.

5) Connect with Like-Minded Individuals: Engage in conversations and collaborate with people who share similar interests or aspirations. Networking with individuals pursuing their dreams can provide valuable insights, encouragement, and a sense of community. Sharing ideas and experiences can ignite your imagination, offering new perspectives and the motivation to pursue your own dreams.

These are some ideas to help expand your imaginative capacities and open yourself to new possibilities. From a simple conversation to reading an interesting book, you might come up with an innovative idea to expand your business or even launch a completely new one.

Remember, intention is extremely important. Therefore, set the intention to become more creative and connected with your essence. All the books you read, places you visit, and people you converse with will be messengers. Allow yourself to be present enough to receive all the messages available to you.

When you have an exciting idea, notice your body. There could be a slight movement forward, or you might notice your chest opening. Allow your body to feel the excitement of your inner being, the part of you that believes your amazing idea is possible. Memorize the feeling. How it felt in your body when you had that idea.

Once you begin to use your imagination more often, many amazing ideas will begin to come to you, but you won't immediately see these ideas manifested yet in the outer world.

You goal is to enjoy the journey and keep the feeling active in your body as long as you can, despite not seeing the evidence of success yet!

So here are some tips to keep your vibration up:

1) Practice Gratitude Daily: I invite you to utilize your imagination and creativity, and strive to be grateful for the aspects of your day that may not have gone as planned or presented challenges. This exercise is great for harmonizing the fundamental frequency of growth and unlocking your creative energy. We often feel discouraged and frustrated when things don't go as we would like, and becoming stuck in this energy is precisely how we keep ourselves in a loop of unwanted experiences. By understanding the lessons from your challenges, you can raise your vibration and help yourself find solutions.

2) Visualization and Affirmations: Create a mental image of your goals as if they have already been achieved. Feel the emotions associated with accomplishment (remember the feeling of when you had the idea? All the excitement with the possibility, focus on that) Additionally, repeat affirmations that affirm your belief in the realization of your dreams. By consistently focusing on positive outcomes, you maintain a high vibrational frequency and attract positive energy.

3) Practice Curiosity: When you don't feel well, or when you are unable to connect with the high vibes of the things you have imagined, be curious. Instead of allowing frustration to take over, ask yourself, "Why do I feel this way? What is this feeling showing me? Can I choose a better feeling thought?" Practicing curiosity is an effective method to acknowledge negative emotions, and subsequently make a more positive choice.

Don't be attached to any specific timeline; instead, be excited with the possibilities and enjoy the journey. Allow yourself the freedom to create from your heart, and pursue your passion without the immediate expectation of rewards. Your Sacred Business is born out of love and in partnership with the Universe, operating on divine timing. Patience will bring unexpected surprises.

With Love,

Carolina

Who We Are Celebrating This Week: Me:)

It's my birthday!!! Yaaaay!

Today marks the celebration of my birthday - the celebration of my life! A couple of days ago, I decided to open an old external drive and go over all my folders. I found lots of nice pictures, so many beautiful moments, great people I met along this journey, and lots of beautiful places I had the chance to explore.

What a great journey it has been, and I am excited about what is coming. I take this moment to celebrate it all: my challenges, my achievements, my failures, my victories, the fun moments, and the sad ones. I celebrate the people who helped me grow through love and those who helped me grow through contrast.

My wish for my next cycle is to continue honoring what comes from my soul and to have the courage to do what it takes to embody my essence in the most authentic way. I wish to be an inspiration for my kids, through my vulnerability and my willingness to learn, evolve, and be happy.

Here's What I Want to Share This Week:

More about The Power of your Imagination

The study that Jim Kwik shares in this video is pretty interesting. It demonstrates the power of our mind. We must consistently nourish our mind with things that suit and excite us. It doesn't take long to build new connections in our brain , but it requires consistency to keep them active and to get them stronger than the old patterns.

Find ways to stimulate your mind every day in ways that will help you achieve your goals. Imagine, dream, and converse with your friends about the things you envision. Change your imagination of what is possible!
